Plastcor of Brazil in order to meet customer requirements, has a structured Quality Management System, which encompasses all production and administrative processes of the company.

Product quality is ensured through standardizationand organization of processes, which are structured by “work instructions” and are monitored through periodic inspections, which are performed by properly trained employees to perform work activities.


Greatly facilitating the internal processes, changing the cultural behavior of employees and emphasizing the importance of teamwork, the Plastcor works with the 5S Program, which was implemented and is conducted in all departments of the company efficiently and effectively, This factor drives the practice of continuous improvement.

Working with the focus on the achievement of ISO 9001 certification, the Plastcor established a quality policy (cited below).
